Includes two nights hotel in Alajuela, five nights and all meals at the Ranch, and transportation to and from the Ranch.  Optional guided activities at the Hacienda cost a bit extra:  $10 – $15 for hikes and horseback riding.  Optional full day rafting trip is usually about $85. A chance to visit Lankester Gardens ($2.50), the archaeological site Guayabo Ruins ($5.00) and the horticultural research center CATIE ($10.00).
